FISH-SEAFOOD RECIPES:
Roasted Salmon, with Apple – Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
900 g Salmon Fillet
½ cup Apple Juice
½ cup Apple (chopped)
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Dill (fresh - chopped)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Mustard
Salt - Pepper
Preparation:
- Wash salmon, drain well and sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon in aluminum foil (or baking paper), shut well all sides and bake.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan add the flour, mustard, dill and mix.
- Continue stirring, adding gradually the apple and lemon juice and the chopped apple.
- Remove the foil from the fish (skin will also be removed simultaneously with foil) and place it on a plate.
- Serve garnishing fish with the dressing we made, adding some extra mustard if needed.
