FRESH PASTA RECIPIES:
Tagliolini “Fantasia”
Ingredients:
500 g Tagliolini “Canuti”
200 g Prosciutto
200 g Mushrooms chopped (Porcini fette trifolati-MENU)
2-3 tablespoons Cream Cheese (Crema ai Formaggi – MENU)
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Parsley (chopped)
Butter
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
- Cook the Tagliolini "Canuti" in abundant boiling salted water.
- Cut the prosciutto into small strips and brown with a little butter.
- Add the mushrooms, cream cheese and ½ cup hot water (from the pasta boiling water).
- Drain the pasta and mix well with the sauce you've prepared.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
