FRESH PASTA RECIPIES:

Tagliolini “Fantasia”

Ingredients:           

500     g                       Tagliolini  “Canuti”

200     g                       Prosciutto

200     g                       Mushrooms chopped (Porcini fette trifolati-MENU)                     

2-3      tablespoons    Cream Cheese (Crema ai Formaggi – MENU)

                                     Parmesan Cheese (grated)

                                     Parsley (chopped)

          Butter

          Olive oil

          Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cook the Tagliolini "Canuti" in abundant boiling salted water.
  2. Cut the prosciutto into small strips and brown with a little butter.
  3. Add the mushrooms, cream cheese and ½ cup hot water (from the pasta boiling water).
  4. Drain the pasta and mix well with the sauce you've prepared.
  5. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
