FISH-SEAFOODRECIPES:

SaladwithPrawns, Avocado& Celery

Ingredients:    

300   g   Prawns (boiled & peeled)

1            Avocado       

2            Celery "hearts" (diced)

Dressing:
4     tablespoons   Mayonnaise

1     tablespoon    Ketchup

1     tablespoon    Fresh Cream

Preparation:

  1. Cut in half, peel off, pitted and cut the avocado flesh into small pieces.
  2. Pour in a bowl the shrimps, avocado, celery and nuts.
  3. In another bowl prepare the dressing by mixing the remaining ingredients.
  4. Add the dressing to the shrimps and mix everything well.
  5. Fill the avocado halves with the mixture and chill until serve.
