FISH-SEAFOODRECIPES:
SaladwithPrawns, Avocado& Celery
Ingredients:
300 g Prawns (boiled & peeled)
1 Avocado
2 Celery "hearts" (diced)
Dressing:
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
Preparation:
- Cut in half, peel off, pitted and cut the avocado flesh into small pieces.
- Pour in a bowl the shrimps, avocado, celery and nuts.
- In another bowl prepare the dressing by mixing the remaining ingredients.
- Add the dressing to the shrimps and mix everything well.
- Fill the avocado halves with the mixture and chill until serve.
