STUFFED FRESH PASTA RECIPIES:

Ravioli Tartufo Nero,

in Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

500     g                                Ravioli Tartufo Nero “Canuti”,

2          tablespoons            Beef Broth (Super Brodo Casamia - MENU),

1          tablespoon             Walnut Cream (Salsa Noci - MENU)

1          tablespoon             Truffle Cream (Crema con Tartufo - MENU),

1          tablespoon             Cheese Cream (Crema ai Formaggi - MENU),

1          cup                          Milk 3.5%

             Butter,

             Parmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the walnut sauce, the truffle cream and the cheese cream.
  2. Dilute with milk and the beef broth and stir until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  3. Cook the Ravioli Tartufo Nero “Canuti”, in abundant boiling salted water, drain and toss with the prepared sauce, mixing well.
  4. Serve hot, garnishing with grated parmesan.
