STUFFED FRESH PASTA RECIPIES:
Ravioli Tartufo Nero,
in Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
500 g Ravioli Tartufo Nero “Canuti”,
2 tablespoons Beef Broth (Super Brodo Casamia - MENU),
1 tablespoon Walnut Cream (Salsa Noci - MENU)
1 tablespoon Truffle Cream (Crema con Tartufo - MENU),
1 tablespoon Cheese Cream (Crema ai Formaggi - MENU),
1 cup Milk 3.5%
Butter,
Parmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation:
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the walnut sauce, the truffle cream and the cheese cream.
- Dilute with milk and the beef broth and stir until the sauce is slightly thickened.
- Cook the Ravioli Tartufo Nero “Canuti”, in abundant boiling salted water, drain and toss with the prepared sauce, mixing well.
- Serve hot, garnishing with grated parmesan.
