FRESH PASTA RECIPIES:
Penne,
with Salmon smoked, Salmon Eggs & Vodka
Ingredients:
500 g Penne,
200 g Salmon smoked (sliced)
50 g Salmon Eggs
50 g Butter
100 ml Vodka
200 ml Fresh Cream
1 – 2 Shallots (chopped)
Dill (chopped)
White Pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the Penne in abundant boiling salted water and drain.
- Meanwhile,pour the butter in a saucepan and brown the shallots.
- Add the salmon and mix well, over the heat, for 1 – 2 more minutes.
- Moist with the Vodka and allow to evaporate.
- Finally add the cream, pepper and dill.
- Simmer until the sauce is thickened.
- Mix out pasta with the salmon sauce, and serve garnishing with the salmon eggs.
